Here are a few things you need to know before shopping with us this Holiday season:

ORDERING

-Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
-We will not apply Sale codes to orders placed BEFORE OR AFTER sales
-Rewards codes cannot be combined with Black Friday/Holiday discount codes
-Please double check your order items/sizes/quantities and customer shipping address before placing order-Due to the volume of orders, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before your order ships
-If you do not receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes, please contact hello@shophenly.com - We may have an incorrect email address

SHIPPING

-Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.
-Orders with JUMP TO THE FRONT shipping are immediately bumped to FIRST in queue & ship via USPS Priority. 
-Please track your packages (with tracking provided) and ensure package is being delivered to a secure location.
-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES AND WILL NOT REPLACE PACKAGES THAT ARE CONFIRMED ON TRACKING AS DELIVERED. 
-Route shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect your package-Route shipping claims must be processed within 10 days of delivery date
-Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, will be refunded less our cost of shipping. 
-Please inspect each item once received (even if item will be a gift) and report flaws within 5 business days of item's delivery. Items must be reported within the allowed time frame.

RETURNS

-Orders must be returned within 30 days of order date for a full refund to the original payment. 
-Orders placed during our pre-Black Friday sale up until Dec 24th, if past their original allowed 30 day return date, may be returned for a store credit for the full amount of the return (must be received at our warehouse by January 14th 2020 for eligible return). 
-Sale items, marked with a * and from the Sale section are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. 
-Items must be returned unworn with tags attached. We will refuse any items not returned in their proper condition (worn, strong perfume or smoke smells, etc)
