Here are a few things you need to know before shopping with us this Holiday season:

ORDERING

-Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
-We will not apply Sale codes to orders placed BEFORE OR AFTER Sales
-Rewards codes cannot be combined with Black Friday/Holiday discount codes
-Please double check your order items/sizes/quantities and customer shipping information before placing order
-If you do not receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes, please contact tearsa@shophenly.com - We may have an incorrect email address

SHIPPING

-Orders ship out in the order they are received.
-Expedited orders are bumped to the front of the queue & ship Priority 1-3 day.
-Please track your packages (with tracking provided) and ensure package is being delivered to a secure location.
-WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REPLACE PACKAGES THAT ARE CONFIRMED ON TRACKING AS DELIVERED. 
-Please inspect each item once received (even if item will be a gift) and report flaws within 5 business days of item's delivery. Items must be reported within the allowed time frame.

RETURNS

-Extended return policy: All orders placed during our Black Friday sale until Dec 24th may be returned/exchanged until Jan 15th
-Sale items from the Sale section are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned/exchanged. 
-Items must be returned unworn with tags attached. 
-Please refer to our original Return Policy for all other return info
