Crazy thin material & runs huge!!

I bought a few items and this was the only item not in a plastic bag. It had mud down the lower half and some of the buttons are damaged. I normally wear a size Large but luckily got a size medium which fits me like a roomy large. It Is a very cute dress and luckily the mud came out after a wash but if i'm paying full price for something, I'd like it to be in pristine condition.

Hey Tanya! I am sorry you received a damaged Eleanor dress! Did your package have any tape or notices from USPS of a mishandled package? We inspect each item when folding and shipping out (which is why the item was not in a plastic bag - The other items in your order are from our warehouse sale which we ship in their bags). I am unsure of how mud would have gotten on the dress as they are safely protected in bags in our warehouse until shipping out and pulling them to fold them! I am sorry for not catching it prior to sending to you! In the future I ask that you please reach out to us so that we can address the issue and make it right! :)
