Welcome! I'm Tearsa, and I'm so happy you're here

Henly began with a dream to create a boutique where women could find beautiful, confidence-boosting pieces they genuinely love to wear. Every collection is thoughtfully curated, and every item you see has been hand-selected by me.

I grew up all over the world—from South America to Europe—and spent my elementary years in a small village just outside Birmingham, England. A nearby town called Henley-in-Arden inspired the name of this little corner of the internet, with our own Henly twist.

What started with just one style packed and shipped from my kitchen table has grown into something I could have only dreamed of.

Today, Henly is powered by an incredible team of 15 amazing women who work tirelessly to bring each collection to life. Their dedication, creativity and care are what make this business so special, and I couldn't do it without them.

When I'm not working on the next collection, I'm spending time with my greatest joy—my family. They're my biggest inspiration and the reason I continue building a business centered around family, community, and helping women feel their best.
