If an item purchased is marked with a * in the product name or purchased from ‘SALE’ section, it is final sale and no returns/exchanges are permitted.

Not satisfied with your order? Please return within 30 days of order date (according to tracking) for a full refund to the original payment method to:

Need to EXCHANGE a size? We cannot hold inventory - Please place a new order for the new size & return the old for a refund!
 
We will only accept returns within 30 days of the order date for a refund. No returns will be issued after 30 days.
Items returned past the return deadline will be refused without notice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

*Any items returned that fall into the categories listed below or fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be refused without notice:

Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

Items smelling of perfume or marked with makeup will not be accepted.
Clothing tags removed from garments. 
 Shoes must be unworn returned in all original packaging. Do not write on/attach labels/stickers/tape to box. Box must be in returnable condition.
 
Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or tags removed or if liner is missing/tampered with.
Hair accessories cannot be returned.
 
Please carefully wrap items being returned to avoid damage during transit. 
Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
 
Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of order receipt & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached.

We will not process damaged claims reported after this time.

Defective clothing will be exchanged for the same item. 

***We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear. 
 
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.

REFUNDS
 
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear & use. If item is in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment.

If one item from a two-item BOGO offer is returned, discount is void & price of item minus full BOGO discount will be refunded.
 
If item is not in returnable condition, items will be returned to sender, after which no refund will be issued. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned with excessive pet hair & strong perfume/smoke smell. 

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable

Rewards coupons are non-refundable
  
We are not responsible for lost returned packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
