If an item purchased is marked ‘FINAL SALE’ in product details or purchased from ‘SALE’ section, it is final sale and no returns/exchanges are permitted.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED must be in their original condition; Not worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments.
We will only accept returns and exchanges postmarked within 14 days of product delivery for a full refund. No returns or exchanges will be issued after 14 days.
Shoes must be unworn returned in all original packaging. Do not write on/attach labels/stickers/tape to box. Box must be in returnable condition.
Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or if liner is missing/damaged.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free exchanges!
Please carefully wrap items being returned to avoid damage during transit.

We now offer FREE exchanges within the U.S!
Limit ONE free exchange per order
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange. A free pre-paid return label will be sent to you. Exchanges follow the guidelines of our 14-day Return Policy.
3 WAYS TO EXCHANGE:
1. Request return label, ship exchange to Henly. Once received, we will ship the new item to you.
2. Return items with pre-paid label for a store credit to use on a future purchase.
3. Purchase two different sizes of a specific item together to try on & compare, then request a pre-paid return label to return the size that did work to Henly.
Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of receipt & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached. Defective clothing will be exchanged for same item.
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged.
We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear.
Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt.
Once we receive your return, item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear & use. If item is in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. If item is not in returnable condition, items will be returned to sender, after which no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned with excessive pet hair & strong smoke smell.
Expedited & International shipping is non-refundable
Rewards coupons are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost returned packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed
