DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of order delivery & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached.
We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear.
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer.
Items that cannot be returned
- Final sale items
- Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way
- Items smelling of perfume, smoke or marked with makeup, animal hair
- Clothing with Henly tags removed.
- Shoes must be unworn in original shoe box. Do not write on or attach labels/tape to shoe box when returning
- Hair accessories cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
- Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons
Please carefully wrap items being returned to avoid damage during transit.
