LOST PACKAGE?
TRACKING SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT THERE WHAT DO I DO?
- Please contact your neighbors who may have accidentally received your package
- Contact your local USPS post office with tracking (not the general USPS number, but the number to your local Post Office who delivered the package). There are times a package was scanned incorrectly and will arrive the next business day. Please speak to them directly!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If shipping does not specify duties included, they are NOT included in your shipping & you will be required to pay duties prior to delivery of your package.
If your package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, your package will be abandoned by the carrier & no return/refund will be processed.
International shipping & fees are non-refundable.
